Our Service & Parts Departments are open in a limited capacity.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Our #1 priority remains looking after the safety of our customers and staff.

We will be open to customers who have booked a service appointment in advance. If you do not have an appointment, please do not enter our dealership at this time. As a precautionary measure, we do need our customers to inform us in advance, if anyone who has used or had access to your vehicle, has tested positive for, or displayed symptoms of COVID-19. We also need to know if you or another occupant of your vehicle has recently returned from a country at high risk for COVID-19. If so, please let us know if they are in self-isolation or pending tests. For the protection of our team, if you are feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from dropping your vehicle off.  We will still be here once you are feeling better.

Please be aware that certain service work will be prioritized throughout the coming weeks. We would appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

Although we are limited in how we can conduct business we are still here to provide you podium level customer service that you have come accustomed to from London Honda. Our service department has implemented new procedures so we can offer you, our valued customers, a contact-free service interaction.

Day of Service Appointment Drop Off

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not able to provide a shuttle service. Please park outside of our Service Drive with 4-way flashers on and you will be greeted by a member of our concierge team. They will provide instructions on what to do with your keys and your vehicle at that time. If you choose to drop off your vehicle after hours, we are asking all customers to use the dropbox outside the service entrance when bringing your car in for service. The dropbox is being cleaned/sanitized thoroughly and regularly.

[x] Fill in the envelope with all appointment details.
[x] Input your name and preferred method of contact.
[x] Sign the envelope and place it in the dropbox along with your keys!

The dropbox is checked every morning and you can expect a follow up from your service advisor to review the details of your appointment.

Email, Text & E-Payment

We offer email & texting options to maintain an easy method of contact between you and your service advisor.  We will update you throughout the day on the progress and status of your vehicle.  Our Service Drive is closed to all traffic, therefore, we are offering cashless credit card payment via our mobile payment process.

For your Safety
We will be adhering to the strictest social distancing guidelines:

[x] No shuttle services / No indoor lounge.
[x] Every vehicle will be wiped down including disinfecting keys, door handles and steering wheel.
[x] Our staff is equipped with the proper PPE required to protect you and themselves.

We would ask for the safety of our technicians that you remove all personal belongings such as (napkins, coffee cups, gym bags, clothing, food etc.) from the vehicle.
